This outfit based in the Helderberg region of Stellenbosch is a collaborative effort involving a number of vineyards around the cape and the winemaking talents of ex Burgundian Englishman Alex Dale. Using top quality old vines and the gentlest of methods they have crafted a range of exceptional wines at very reasonable prices.
