The Cave Cooperative at Tuchan, situated in the heart of the Fitou district produces a range of regional wines from indigenous varieties. Massive investment in new technology and a determination to improve viticultural practices has resulted in much improved quality recently. They have resisted the temptation to go down the varietal route and all the wines are completely traditional, although none the worse for that.

Drinking now, serve chilled. ABV 15%
