Angie makes all the preserves at home in small batches to ensure the highest quality. They use there own produce wherever possible. Shaun grows all the vegetables locally and he does not use any pestcides or herbicides. Nothing artificial is added to the preserves.

Shaun grows all the vegetables locally in Charminster near Dorchester. Alltough the farm is not a registered organic holding, he does not use any pestcides, herbicides or artificial fertilizers to ensure that everything is grown naturally and healthily.

As well as well known traditional vegetables, Shaun specialises in growing unusual crops such as oriental cabbage, lemongrass, mizuna and endives. Other new crops available this year include Oca and Chinese artichokes which can be eaten raw or stir fried.
