Please place your order by midnight on Tuesday for same week delivery. If you miss this deadline your order will be delivered on the following Friday. If you wish to add to your existing order, you can select "add to order" from the drop down box under "Select a postage method". This will automatically waive the delivery charge. Please call us if you need more information. |  Beetroot and Orange Salad
8 small beetroot
1 orange
1 tablespoon olive oil
Handful fresh coriander
Optional: slice of pineapple
Wash beetroot thoroughly to remove any mud.
Slice finely-beware the staining power of beetroot. If you want to cook it, just scrub and boil for 15-20 mins, then slice.
Peel the orange. Cut it in half. Separate the segments, removing the pips. Or, slice into rounds.
Chop the coriander.
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl or layer them on a plate.
Optional: if you have any pineapple, finish with a slice of pineapple.
