Please call us if you need more information. |  Smoked Mackerel Pate 275g Smoked Mackerel Fillets Grated rind and juice of half lemon salt and freshly ground pepper 225g Fromage Frais 2 tsps chopped fresh tarragon Lemon slices and parsley to garnish Crusty bread or Melba toast to serve Serves 6 Remove skin and bones from mackerel, flake fish and mash in a bowl. Mix well and transfer to individual serving dishes. Garnish with a slice of lemon and a sprig of fresh parsley. Serve with crusty bread or melba toasts.
